Our systems are tools. Results depend on your business, market, offer, and effort. We do not guarantee any specific level of income, revenue, leads, or bookings. Any figures shown on this site (including third-party research statistics) are illustrative and are not promises of your results.

The AI systems we build are tools that the client directs and operates. The client is solely responsible for how they use these tools, including obtaining any consents required to contact people by email, SMS, or phone, honoring opt-out requests, and complying with all laws that apply to their business and outreach (including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, FTC Act, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable AI-disclosure laws). We design our systems to support compliant use, but we do not control how a client ultimately deploys them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AC Consulting and its owner from and against any claims, damages, penalties, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the client's use or misuse of the AI systems or services we provide — including claims of unlawful calls, texts, or emails; defamation; deceptive practices; intellectual-property infringement; or violation of any applicable law — regardless of whether the system was configured to operate in a compliant manner.
By submitting a form on this site or engaging our services, you agree to our Terms and authorize AC Consulting to contact you regarding your request, which may include automated AI email, SMS, and calls. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, these terms, or our services shall be brought and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
